Quote to invoice, for plumbers
FROM QUOTE TO PAID, BUILT FOR PLUMBERS
Describe the job in plain English (a boiler swap, a full bathroom, a leak or a new radiator) and a professional, itemised quote writes itself in seconds. Materials and labour, priced and sent before you pack the van. Win it and the job sheet, the shopping list and the invoice all come off that same quote.
It knows the jobs you quote
From a dripping tap to a full bathroom, describe the work the way you'd note it on your pad. BuilderBuddy itemises the parts and labour so nothing slips through.
Boiler swaps & installs
Boiler, flue, filter, controls and commissioning. Every part itemised so the price stacks up.
Bathroom installations
Suite, taps, waste, pipework and tiling allowances, priced line by line into one clean quote.
Leaks & burst pipes
Fast callout jobs quoted properly: access, fittings and labour, without underselling the work.
Radiators & valves
New rads, TRVs, towel rails and re-balancing. Sizes and parts turned into a tidy price.
Plumbers: frequently asked questions
Can BuilderBuddy quote a full bathroom, not just repairs?
Yes. Describe the suite, taps, pipework, waste and any tiling and BuilderBuddy itemises the parts and labour into one professional quote. Every line is editable, so you can adjust fittings, allowances or your day rate before sending.
Are the prices for boilers, rads and fittings accurate?
Material prices come from a built-in catalogue so you're not looking up every part, and they're a good starting point. Supplier pricing varies, so confirm the big items with your merchant before sending. Every line stays editable so you're always in control.
Does it show VAT correctly on my quotes?
Yes. If you're VAT-registered, quotes break out the net, the VAT and the gross total as separate lines. Add your VAT number once and it appears on every quote automatically.
Can I quote a job from the customer's kitchen on my phone?
Yes. BuilderBuddy works in your browser, so you can build and send a professional PDF quote before you leave the job. No download needed to start, and your first 14 days are free with no card.
